What We Build

Three protocols. One evidence base.

Every curriculum we deliver cites primary literature and includes measurement protocols — designed to be studied, not just experienced. Looking for a full training or retreat instead? See our complete program catalog.

Protocol · MMAR™

Rebuilding attention, resilience, and regulation.

MMAR™ is an evidence-based protocol for rebuilding the attention, resilience, and autonomic regulation eroded by chronic technology use. It draws on contemplative and embodied practice, structured for measurable outcomes rather than general wellbeing.

Each MMAR™ curriculum cites primary literature and is delivered alongside measurement protocols, so partner institutions can track change over time rather than relying on self-report alone.

  • Structured sessions targeting attention and autonomic regulation
  • Built for delivery in hospitals, clinics, and universities
  • Paired with measurement protocols for tracked outcomes
  • Grounded in primary literature, reviewed as the evidence base grows
Protocol · Centered Survivor™

Trauma-informed resilience for survivors.

Centered Survivor™ is trauma-informed Antifragile Resilience training for survivors of intimate-partner violence. The program is built specifically for the physiology of trauma — pacing, autonomic safety, and rebuilding a felt sense of agency.

Agentic-AI tools are currently in development within this program, intended to widen access to trauma-informed care for survivors who cannot easily reach in-person support.

  • Trauma-informed pacing and autonomic-safety-first design
  • Delivered through trauma-recovery organizations and partner clinics
  • Agentic-AI access tools in active development
  • Grounded in the same measurement-protocol standard as MMAR™

A 60-hour Practitioner Certification track is also available for clinicians, advocates, and yoga therapists who want to deliver Centered Survivor™ within their own organization.

Protocol · GEMs

A compact protocol for post-traumatic growth.

GEMs is a shorter-form, 10-hour protocol for anyone rebuilding a felt sense of safety and agency after adversity — whether or not they go on to the fuller Centered Survivor™ or MMAR™ tracks.

Like every Institute protocol, it is designed for measurable outcomes and delivered alongside the same evidence standard we apply across our curricula.

  • A compact, 10-hour entry point into the Institute's protocol work
  • Built for post-traumatic growth, not general wellbeing
  • Delivered with the same measurement-protocol standard as MMAR™ and Centered Survivor™
  • Suitable as a standalone offering or an on-ramp to deeper trainings

Applied research

Technology in service of the evidence base.

The Institute treats technology, including agentic AI, as an instrument for rigor rather than a shortcut around it. Applied research work supports measurement, delivery, and access — while the underlying protocols remain grounded in contemplative practice and primary literature.

We are building research partnerships with university principal investigators to carry MMAR™ and Centered Survivor™ through peer-reviewed study, and converting to nonprofit status to align our structure with that mission.
